Armstrong Rig

The goal behind this rig was to enable as much flexibility as possibility in an intuitive way. The video below shows the Fable 3 production rig demoing some of these features.


  • Soft Ik

  • Scalable upper/lower limbs

  • Elbow & Knee pinning

  • Auto clavicle

  • Knuckle & finger tip pivot

  • IK/FK Spine


The rig was scripted into a Rigging Framework called ACT (which was written by a previous TA) and used for all bipedal characters within Fable 3.
